PrimeTime Construction was founded in Ottawa in 2018 with a straightforward mission: build a construction company that clients could actually rely on. In an industry where communication breakdowns, schedule overruns, and accountability gaps are common frustrations, we set out to do things differently.

From the beginning, we structured PrimeTime Construction around two core principles — professional project management and direct trade capabilities. Rather than functioning purely as a paper general contractor who coordinates others, we invested in self-performing the key construction scopes our clients need most. This direct involvement in the work allows us to maintain higher quality standards, hold timelines more tightly, and respond faster when issues arise.
